Justin Bieber cleared in Dave & Buster’s alleged cell phone snatching case.
In August, during its passage through the arcade and restaurant Dave & Buster’s in Los Angeles, Justin Bieber staged a new story involving the police. A fan caught the agents on the scene, claiming to have been assaulted and that his cell phone was ‘stolen’ by Justin. It happened that the singer would be bothered about being filmed, but now reported that Justin is free of charge.
He will not be charged in an alleged cell phone snatching incident, after he was accused of attempting to grab a male individual’s cell phone at a Dave & Buster’s eatery in Hollywood earlier this year.
Justin was accused of lunging at the guy during his date with Selena Gomez at a Dave & Buster’s in the Hollywood and Highland Center in L.A on August 25.
Following an investigation by the Hollywood division of the Los Angeles Police Department, the police will not be pressing charges against JB.
According to TMZ, Law enforcement reviewed security cam footage from the Dave & Buster’s — as well as the cell phone video shot by the fan … who claimed Justin lunged at him to snatch the phone.
The video shows Justin did lunge, but NEVER TOUCHED THE GUY … mainly because his bodyguards stepped in to separate them.
